ACCESS:
Residents have access to the pool by a key card system. If the owner is current on payment of association fees, a key card is issued and enabled by each homeowner's address. Contact the Pool Manager on the Contact Us page with any key card questions or needs (i.e. you are a new homeowner, you lost your key card, or you found a key card).

POOL RULES:
- Residents are allowed to bring a guest(s), but are responsible for their guest(s)
- Minors under the age 14 are required to be supervised by a parent or authorized individual

Children who are not toilet trained shall wear tight fitting plastic underwear or swim diapers that will prevent leakage

No person with open cuts, sores, lesions, infections or obvious communicable disease shall use the swimming pool
- No lifeguard on duty at the pool - swim at your own risk
- No smoking, pets or glass containers in pool area
- No running or horseplay in the pool area
- No diving in the pool
- Please be respectful of local neighbors by minimizing noise as much as possible
Note, surveillance equipment is installed at the pool to deter unwanted behavior, vandalism, after hours swimming, and other issues that could arise.
MAINTENANCE:
Professionally maintenance is performed several times a week to maintain the cleanliness of the pool and deck area. The City of Liberty performs spot inspections to ensure we are following the proper rules and regulations. Occasionally unfortunate situations arise that may force us to close the pool for short periods of time. Please know we work hard to prevent these occurrences and the pool will reopen as quickly as possible. Communication of closure will be made on the home page of the website and a sign will be posted on the pool gates.
