HOA Update - Garage Sale, Party & HOA Meeting

The Withersfield board met Thursday, August 20 to review several items including the fall Garage Sale, end of Summer Party, and Annual HOA Meeting.
GARAGE SALE - Sept. 17 & 18
The Garage Sale was previously scheduled for October 1 & 2 but has been moved up to September 17 & 18.

SUMMER PARTY - Sept 17 @ 5-7PM
The party will be from 5-7 PM. We are hoping to go back to the full-blown "shindig" with a major activity for the kids.

ANNUAL HOA MEETING - October 2nd @ 4 PM at the Pool
Our Annual HOA meeting will be prior to the party on October 2 at 4 PM at the pool. If this works well, we are considering making this the standard in the future. At the annual meeting, we will have elections for officers for the following year. This year we have a lot of open positions and we strongly encourage you to consider stepping up and helping our neighborhood. We are currently needing:

- 2 people to serve on the Architectural Control Committee
- 1 (or more!) person for the Welcome Committee
- 1 (or more!) person for the Activity Committee.
