Withersfield Pool Behavior
Posted on Jun 4th
We have received numerous reports of inappropriate behavior at the pool over the weekend, including smoking, vaping and bragging of “getting high” and excessive drinking by high school age young people, in the presence of numerous “little people.” This type of behavior will not be tolerated by The Board.
We will be getting new signs to post at the pool stating that smoking and/or vaping is not allowed. As for the inappropriate behavior of kids at the pool, if we can identify those who are acting inappropriately, we will take the appropriate action, which could include forfeiture of pool privileges, per Article II, Section 1b, Article III, Sections 2a and 2g and Article VI, Section 9.

We are also going to upgrade the security cameras within the next few weeks. We will not tolerate inappropriate behavior and will not hesitate to notify parents or the police, should the need arise.
