Social Events
There are several events held each year to give everyone an opportunity to get out and get to know other neighbors. Some of the events include an Easter Egg Hunt, Summer Movie Nights at the Pool Lawn, an Independence Day Parade, neighborhood Garage Sales in the Spring and Fall, and an End of Summer Party.

Members of our neighborhood have come together and volunteered their time to form the Withersfield Homes Association. Our goal is to keep our neighborhood clean, beautiful, and safe, as well as, to maintain the value of our homes. Homeowners Association Dues
The HOA dues are $325 annually and run from March 1st through the last day of February. There is no transfer fee. Dues are payable to:
