The County Fair - What a GREAT day!
Posted on Sep 1st
What a beautiful day we had for the Withersfield County Fair!  Check out the photos on the website (photos)!  Thank you to all the wonderful neighbors who came out to make it such a festive event.
A BIG thanks to the planning committee Shena Ledford, DeeDee Mallett, Jackie Hyatt and Rachel Houck.  Thank you for your time and talents for organizing such a fun and successful event!  Special Thanks to Wanda Mickelson, Bridget Herrman, Kary Kankey, Angie Preismeyer, Brian Goens, and Dean Ledford for your helping hand with the party.  And, to the number of families who jumped in and helped with clean-up.  Very much appreciated!
Covenants Reminder
Posted on Aug 31st
Withersfield has proven to be a nice community and comfortable place to live.  All of us enjoy the appeal and pleasant surroundings that are a significant benefit for our community.  In order to maintain these benefits, we ask that you acknowledge and uphold the Withersfield Covenants.  A couple of covenants reminders -
  • Garbage, recycle and yard waste containers must be housed or screened so as to be out of sight.
  • No trucks, buses, or commercial vehicles, boats~ or other similar water-borne vehicles, house trailers, boat trailers, trailers of every other description, campers, or camping units shall be permitted to be parked or to be stored.
  • Keep weeds, grass, or brush mowed to an acceptable height.
Thank you for your compliance to the covenants and keeping our neighborhood looking great!

Need pool access, but don't have a fob?  If the owner is current on payment of association fees, a key fob is issued and enabled by each homeowner's address. Contact the Pool Manager on the Contact Us page with any key fob questions or needs.  Such as, you are a new homeowner and need a key fob, lost your key fob and need to purchase a new key fob, or find a lost key fob.

More pool information and rules can be found on the Pool Information page.
